Refund Policy

SignalScout Pro is US$19 per month. Charges, invoices, and tax are processed by Waffo.com Limited as Merchant of Record. This page describes when Pro access ends.

Cancellation

Cancel from the billing portal. Pro stays available until the end of the period already paid, and the subscription does not renew. When that period ends, the account returns to Free.

Full refund

If a charge is refunded in full, Pro access from that charge ends when the refund succeeds. The account returns to Free immediately, even if the original period has not ended.

Partial refund

A partial refund does not, by itself, remove Pro access. Access still follows the active subscription or the cancellation date.

How to ask

Write to bradwang778@gmail.com from the account email, and include the receipt or order id. Payment disputes can also be raised with Waffo.com Limited through the receipt.
