BradTime runs SignalScout. This policy describes the account and billing data the product stores. Card numbers are handled by Waffo.com Limited, the Merchant of Record, and are not stored by SignalScout.
What we store
We store the email address used for Magic Link sign-in, the topics you follow, email notification preferences, subscription status, and the alerts you open. Sample-brief requests store the email and topic you submit.
Why
The email is used to sign you in and, when you opt in, to send product mail. Topics decide which alerts you can read. Subscription status decides whether an alert is available immediately or after the free-visibility delay.
Where it lives
The site is hosted on Vercel. Account and alert records are stored in Supabase. Payment processing, receipts, and tax records are handled by Waffo.com Limited. We do not sell personal information.
Deletion
A signed-in user can delete the account from privacy settings. That removes the SignalScout profile. A receipt held by the Merchant of Record can remain with them for their own legal duties. To ask a question first, email bradwang778@gmail.com.
